Return and exchange
At the KoFlowers Artificial Flower Factory, we strive to make every purchase a pleasure. But if the product does not meet your expectations or has defects, we will provide a convenient return and exchange procedure in accordance with legislation Law «On Consumer Rights Protection».
How to return or exchange goods
- Contact us by phone: +48796114022 or by e-mail: sztucznykwiaty@gmail.com - inform us of your intention to return or exchange goods.
- Our manager will provide instructions and an address for sending the goods.
- The refund will be made within 7 business days after receiving the goods at the warehouse.
Checking the goods upon receipt
We recommend checking the condition of the goods immediately after delivery - inspect the packaging and products.
Terms of return and exchange of goods of good quality
Goods of good quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days if:
- ✅It has not been used and has retained its retail appearance;
- ✅Packaging, labels, tags - undamaged;
- ✅There is a document confirming the purchase (receipt or invoice).
Please note: individual or special orders are not subject to return or exchange.
Terms of return of goods of inadequate quality
- Record the damage, take a photo, inspect.

Attention: If you did not check the goods immediately and did not record defects, claims will not be considered in the future.
Returns funds
After checking the returned goods in the warehouse, the funds will be returned to your bank account or in cash (by agreement) within 7 business days.
