Manufacturing Process

The process of making artificial flowers: a combination of technology and craftsmanship

In our factory, each flower goes through a full production cycle - from material selection to final assembly

Main stages:

Material selection and preparation
We use high-quality fabrics - satin, silk, velvet - that have a pleasant texture, hold their shape and shades well. Plastic elements are used for stems, sepals and core, which add strength and realism.

Cutting out parts
Special equipment is used to cut out petals, leaves, and other components of a flower according to a given shape and size.

Thermoforming and embossing
The petals are processed using heat and molds to give them the natural curl, volume and texture inherent in live flowers.

Dyeing (if necessary)
If it is necessary to achieve a special shade or gradient, the elements are tinted manually or machine-made with fabric dyes.

Hand assembly
The craftsmen manually connect all the parts into a complete composition: they form a bud or flower, add leaves and decorative elements. This is where the character of each flower is born.

Quality control and packaging
Each product is checked for compliance with the shape, color and general appearance. After that, the flowers are carefully packaged for further storage or delivery.
